Card rules
- One stamp per drink, hot or cold. Up to 3 stamps per scan when you buy for others.
- After 8 stamps, your next drink is free. Any drink, on us.
- When your card is full, choose your reward:
- A free drink doesn't expire while your card is active. Stamps over 8 carry over to the next round.
- Birthday drink: once a year, from 7 days before to 7 days after your birthday. A birthday added or changed under 30 days before the date starts the following year.
- Invite a friend with your card's link. When their first drink is stamped, you get 1 extra stamp.
- One card per email address or mobile number.
- Cards not used for 24 months are deleted, stamps included.
Questions
How does the card work?
We scan the code on your card at the till and the stamp shows up on your phone. After 8 stamps, your next drink is free.
Do I need an app?
No. The card goes in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or you can keep it in your browser.
Can I move my paper stamp card over?
Yes. Create an account, then show both cards at the till and we add your stamps.
New phone. Are my stamps gone?
No. Sign in to your account on the new phone and your card is there, stamps and all. Sign in here.
How does the birthday drink work?
Add your birthday (day and month, no year). A free drink appears on your card from 7 days before to 7 days after, once a year, on top of your stamps.
What do you keep about me?
Your first name, the email and mobile number you give us, your birthday if you add it, and your stamps. No payment details. We only send news if you tick the box. Read the privacy notice.
How do I delete my card?
Open your card and choose "Delete my card", or ask at the till. Your details are erased and the card stops working, including in your wallet.
